Do you have a system for selling?
In this one day workshop, we are going to focus on the process that Sandler uses to get people through the entire sales process.
It is a very interactive workshop where you should be ready to engage with others and share real world issues and talk about how to solve those problems.
David Sandler created the Sandler Selling System after realizing that there had to be a better way to sell than trying to convince or persuade prospects into the salesperson’s way of thinking. He came to the understanding that he had to stop selling like he had been taught and start selling like nobody else. “If the competition is doing it, stop it right away. Do something else.” became his motto.
Traditional selling taught that you had to give polished presentations to anyone and everyone who would listen. This also meant that the salesperson often found him or herself providing “unpaid consulting” to someone who’s goal was simply to learn everything that the salesperson knew, and who also had no intention of becoming a buyer.
By focusing on the prospect, the prospect’s reasons for agreeing to meet, and working toward the goal of only providing information to a “qualified” prospect, salespeople learn a mutually beneficial system for selling. Every step, or compartment in the system has a specific approach leading to a specific outcome; to determine if the prospect qualifies for a presentation.

Learn the system and follow it in your sales efforts. It will keep you on track, and more importantly, better in control of the selling process. It will help deliver to you a qualified prospect who becomes a satisfied client, because you handled the process in a professional, dignified manner.

It doesn’t matter if it is the Sandler System, but get one! If you do not have a system that is more powerful than the prospects system, you will wimp out!

Twenty-five years ago, David Sandler, Founder of the Sandler Training, pioneered an extraordinary business development program for individual sales professionals, small and mid-size companies, professionals responsible for business development and fortune 500 corporations. Today, with an entrepreneurial team of over 200 trainers and consultants, Sandler Training continues to deliver exceptional training to the marketplace. Sandler Training has built a long-standing reputation as one of the most effective and revolutionary sales processes. In fact, twenty-five years later, David Sandler's concepts and programs continue to be the most modern and up-to-date in the industry.

While there are some very popular organizations providing motivational quick-fix sales training, psychological studies prove that the effects of these programs are short-lived. During the most inspiring seminars, and immediately following, participants feel good and plan to put into action the ideas they just heard. But 48 hours later, most people can only remember a few one-liners and power phrases. As a result, no permanent change takes place in their performance.

What makes Sandler Training different from other training companies? The reinforcement training provided and the commitment of the Sandler Trainers to their clients. Effective training requires repetition and reinforcement. Reinforcement takes time – certainly more than one or two days! And, because long-term behavior cannot be changed without consistent coaching, counseling and ongoing support, it takes committed trainers to help people make significant changes in their lives.
